On Capitol Hill, Congressman LoBiondo is a member of the House Transportation & Infrastructure Committee. His vast experience and broad exposure is highly relevant to Intrasect’s objectives.  He takes great pride in serving as the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Aviation, given its critical importance to South Jersey. He is also pleased to sit on the Subcommittee on Highways and Transit and the Subcommittee on Coast Guard & Maritime Transportation – both of which have jurisdiction over critical issues that affect New Jersey’s growing and ever-changing transportation needs. A staunch advocate for strengthening our nation’s security, Congressman LoBiondo also serves on the House Armed Services Committee and is a champion for New Jersey’s bases and service personnel, especially on issues of military pay and benefits. And, appointed in the 112th Congress, Frank serves on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence where he serves as Chairman of the newly-created 10-member CIA Subcommittee with oversight over the Central Intelligence Agency. Read more…

As Vice President of Mission Support Services, Ray is responsible for technical and operational shared services across the ATO. We are honored to welcome her to Intrasect. Her strategic perspective will be valuable asset to our conference. Mission Support promotes the standardization of processes, efficiency and effectiveness while achieving results for ATO operations units. Mission Support also encompasses the ATO Service Centers and the Directors of Operation in airspace and procedures, quality assurance, equipment installation, hiring and training. Ray has more than 25 years of experience with the FAA and most recently served as the Director of System Operations Airspace and Aeronautical Information for the ATO. Prior to this assignment, Ray was the government lead to the Air Navigation Services working group of the Joint Planning and Development Office. Read more…

Dr. Cavolowsky is responsible for the overall planning, management and evaluation of the directorate’s efforts in foundational air traffic management (ATM) and operational safety research that enables development of revolutionary improvements to, and modernization of, the National Airspace System. Research includes exploring the introduction of new systems for vehicles whose operation can take advantage of the improved, modern ATM system, and works in close partnership with the Federal Aviation Administration and the aviation community to enable and extend the benefits of Next Generation Air Transportation System, or NextGen, to meet evolving user needs. Read more…
